The Liberate HCG diet

Phase 1
Loading Phase, Day 1-2 Eat high fat foods every two hours
Start Taking HCG liberate drops 8-10 drops 3x per day
Phase 2
Low Calorie Phase (500+ calories)
= < 7kg overweight 3 weeks (day 3-23)
= > 7 kg overweight 6 weeks (day 3-44)
Stop taking the drops on day 21 or day 42 of the liberate program. Continue with the diet for another 2 days. It will take 2 days for the drops to wash out of your system.
Calorie count on the vegetables, but be generous
Weigh meat carefully- no fat or oil
Enjoy flavor, fresh herbs, spices, ACV, and salt
Be flexible as to when meals occur
2-3 lt of water daily, can be taken in form of herb teas
Vegetarian options, low fat cottage cheese and other cheeses, egg white with limited yolk, (2 whites or 1 complete egg) protein powder
Unlimited vegetables on allowed list (if sensitive only 1 vegetable at a time)
If constipated increase vegetables and water
The liberate Diet
Breakfast: tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar, I lt water
Lunch :
100gms of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab or shrimp, canned tuna oil drained. All visible fat carefully removed before cooking, weigh meat raw. Salmon, tuna fish, herring, dried or pickled fish not allowed.
One type of vegetable can be chosen from the following, spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumber, asparagus and cabbage.
One breadstick or melba toast, or brown rice cracker or Orgran buckwheat and quinoa cracker
One apple or orange or fruit from the allowed list.
Dinner:
The same four choices as lunch.
The juice of only one lemon per day allowed. Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic all herbs can be used for seasoning, but no oil, butter or dressing. Tea, coffee, plain water, mineral only drinks allowed, taken in any quantity. Only 1 tablespoon of milk allowed in hours. Stevia is ok as a sweetener.
Finishing weight is used as the basis for responsive reactions during the maintenance phase.
Phase 3, day 24 onwards
Maintenance Phase (normal calorie intake, phase equal in duration of LCD drops
= for low calorie phase of 3 weeks
= for low calorie phase of 6 weeks
The scales are your guide to stabilize the new weight
Weight daily to measure progress, first thing in the am, naked after a poo
From the last dose of liberate drops , count 48 hours continuing the 500 calories per day. Once the 48 hours is up, begin maintenance.
All foods allowed except any form of starch.
You must be careful with very sweet fruits
Increase protein intake and intake of fats, oils, nut butters and oily fish
Monitor food response by weighing and record each morning.
If repeat rounds required, minimum 21 days maintenance.
*An increase in weight over 900gm must be responded to on that day with a steak day
Dinner, huge steak cooked in butter or oil , with 1 large apple or tomato
Plateaus, slowing metabolism. Weight loss slows over time because metabolism slows to prevent what the body interprets as starvation. One of the most common reasons is the lack of B vitamins and minerals.
Apple day, Lunch, 6 large apples and eat one whenever desired. Water as needed for thirst, most patients do not feel thirsty. (eliminates water)
