Gentle Intestinal Cleansing- Lagoo
Are you ready to cleanse your bowel to improve your digestion and general health. This practise is gentle and suitable for most. We follow a sequence of gentle yoga poses and drink a warm saline solution. Followed by a healthy breakfast of bircher museli or porridge. $30 per session, usually held on a Sunday morning.

You will learn that you have many options when it comes to healing your body. There are a lot of wonderful, simple, time-tested healing practices that you can do to help your joints. Taking a pill is not your only option!
