Start the day with homemade goodness

Homemade museli

1 cup of wholegrain oats

1 cup of fine cut oats

½ cup of coconut threads

½ cup of chopped almonds

1/3 cup of chia seeds

1/3 cup of sunflower seeds

1/3 cup of raisons

2 T honey and 2 T olive oil

 

Place all dry ingredients on a lined baking tray, except raisons.. Mix the oil and honey thru the dry ingredients. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes, add raisons. Store in air tight container. Serve with yoghurt and fresh berries.
