Gentle Intestinal Cleansing

 Lagoo, what’s she talking about, it is a gentle intestinal cleanse, a yogic tradition that may help suitable to alleviate indigestion, constipation, flatulence and acidity. We practice this in the mornings, we drink a prepared saline solution and do a series of yoga poses to open the 7 valves of the digestive system and evacuate the bowels. Results will vary, the more you practice the more your body will relax and bowels will evacuate. This practice is offered monthly at my home clinic, on a Sunday morning at 7.30 am. The complete process takes 35-45 mins, we relax and then have a light tasty breakfast to nourish the body for the upcoming day. This February 15th .
