Do you suffer Pre Menstrual Tension

Pre Menstrual Syndrome, this one is for the girls, most of us will say we don’t suffer from it, but some months even I must confess the hormones take over. Super hungry, increased level of saiety. Sore tender enlarged breasts, really pleased this is not a frequent one for me, my sister and I find a few wines on a Friday night don’t help this one, I also think a regular dose of omega 3 supplementation helps on this one, as is reducing the sugar intake.

Some of us girls will get really moody and or depressed, I know of a woman who admits she is a bitch once a month for a few days. We all take it out on our nearest and dearest which is not really very fear is it. Having a clean diet over the month can be very helpful, lesson the liver load, removing sugar, aggravating foods such as wheat or gluten for some. Ensure we drink plenty of water, do some gentle exercise, and take some herbal support if we have very irregular and or heavy menses, all month long.

• Eat clean, avoid processed foods

• Drink plenty of water and or herbal teas

• Have a daily serving of kale, broccoli, brassica vegetable daily, support liver clearance of estrogens.

• Take omega 3 daily, fish oil, chia seed, flax seed. Knowing each cell is surrounded in a fatty membrane and requires a nutritional source.

• Purchase and use personal care products made from natural ingredients.
