Learn to Relax and relieve pain

Relaxation, learn to soften and relax the skeletal muscles. High stress levels, increase response to pain and decrease the cortisol levels, our natural anti inflammatory. Our mind and body are connected and know that we store negative emotions, fear, worries and grief in our bodies, often in our pelvic region, known as the “junk draw for emotions”. Give it a little thought what you are holding onto, what you can let go.
When i say relaxtion, doing something you enjoy for pleasure, go for a walk at the beach, play sport, listen to music, read a book or if you would like a deeper expereince, try attending a yoga class. At the end of the class there is usually a relaxation experience offered, it may include breath work, be guided by the teacher, and you get to experience a deeper state of relaxation. It may help you to feel more focused, sleep better, reduce pain and fatigue.
