• Alkaline diet, reduce sugar and processed foods, they create acidity which sit in the joints, dry them out, like rust, reduces pain. Minerals and green foods to alkalize, like (barley grass, kale, brocolli, spinach, green leafy vegetables, the darker the colour the better ). Did you know when the blood is acidic it takes minerals from the bone stores into the blood to maintain a regular ph, scary thought isn't it that we can lose bone mass without even knowing about it. I always recomend to my clients, 3 cups of vegetables each and every day, a mixture of colour and variety, eat what is in season.
