What do you eat when you are stressed?

 When we are nervous, irritable or anxious it can impact on our appetite, we may crave foods we don’t normally eat or we simply forget to eat. Know that in these times the body is under demand and needs lots of extra nutrients. Here are a few of my favourite suggestions,  tamari roasted almonds as a snack, wholegrain corn chips with hummus, carrot sticks and beetroot dip.  I can't resist chocolate date fudge ball, they go down a treat when you just feel like chocolate..   Make a batch of hummus and keep in the fridge,  loving pesto hummus at present.  If nothing else acklowdege what your do eat when stressed and think what you could change now.
