The impact of stress on the digestive system is very real. Simply blood is not supplied to the digestive organs, so we can’t digest and assimilate our nutrients. Becoming aware of our stressors is really important and making changes so they have less impact on our lives. Sometimes we can’t remove the stress but we can change the impact of it on our lives. Meditation is a great way to help with stress management, mindfulness and getting connected to yourself.  My Learn to Mediate 6 week class starts Thursday 19th Feb at 7.30- 8.15pm at my home clinic.  Cost is $75,  class limited to 6, spaces still availalbe.
