Eating Healthy This Summer

Are you needing some help this season to improve your nutrition. Forget the fad diets, follow the simple tips below and you will improve your energy, your heath and your wasit line.
- Keep a diary of everything you eat and drink for 2 weeks.
- Plan ahead for snacks and meals during the day, know what and where you are eating next.
- Always have a water bottle with you, flavour it up with some lemon, cucumber or strawberry
- Remember to eat every 2-3 hours, to maximise your digestive fire
- If you are drinking, add soda water to white wine or enjoy a gin and soda,
