Are you a hayfever sufferer this spring?

Hayfever and chronic sinus are often worse in spring. For allergy sufferes the immune system goes into overdrive with the pollens in the air, resulting in runny nose, itchy eyes, congestion, sneezing just to name a few symptoms. To support symptoms we often resort to pharmaceuticals to relieve the symptoms, they need to be taken daily and often for many months at a time. If you are after natural symptom managment, I stock a lovely Luffa nasal spray to ease the symptoms of hayfever, formulated homeopathically, for more severe cases it can be used with herbal support. If symptoms are chronic over 3 months and reoccur then it shows that the conditon is at a cellular level causing the dysregulation of normal function. In clinic we support the cellular function, extracellular matrix and organs of elimination to alleviate the overactivitiy, with homeopathic and homebotanical remedies. Foods choices can be important here.
