How to keep feeling good

Wether it is the weather, traffic jam or fighting children it is hard to remain on top of the stress and the negative thought patterns that can occur for us when we are feeling stressed.  The good news is that there is some very simple things we can do to maintain on top of our world.  The universe will respond to what we send out,  if we think we are going to crash the car due to our poor driving , then we may just do that.  

  • start with grattitude for everything around you
  • say thank you for absolutely everything and mean in
  • think positive thoughts,  if you find you self saying something negative, backstep, there is good in all
  • learn to love yourself,  stop being criticial of all things wrong with you.
  • spend some quiet time in reflection daily,  ME TIME,  10 mins daily.
