Yes another batch of deliciousness just whipped up, I am so proud of myself off junk food, has been 7+weeks now. Does make you realise why and when you go for it. What about you?

1c of chopped almonds

2c pitted dates

4T cacao powder

2T nut butter

2T coconut oil
